Shipping
Around Bali — free island delivery on orders over IDR 500K. Below that, a small courier fee is added at checkout. Orders assembled same day or next day, delivered by local courier.
Across Indonesia — 2–5 days by tracked courier, fee calculated by destination.
Worldwide — we ship internationally. Message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll quote the exact cost and timing for your country.
A note for US orders — US customs now charges import duty on all overseas parcels (the old US$800 duty-free allowance ended in 2025), so your courier may collect a small duty fee on delivery. Australian orders under A$1,000 arrive with nothing extra to pay.
Returns & exchanges
Every piece is a one-of-one, assembled by hand — so we don't do casual returns. But if anything is wrong, we make it right:
Damaged or faulty on arrival — WhatsApp us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll repair, replace or refund. No forms, no fuss.
Changed your mind on a ready-made charm (unworn, within 7 days, receipt in hand) — bring it by the bar and we'll exchange it for something you love more.
Custom designs — because they're built just for you, they can't be returned, but if the workmanship ever lets you down, that's on us. Always.
Waterproof care
Your piece is gold-plated stainless steel — not solid gold, and that's the point: it lives happily in salt water, sweat and sunscreen, at a price that lets you actually wear it every day.
Ocean, shower, sleep — keep it on. Two small kindnesses make it last even longer: give it a quick fresh-water rinse after heavy beach days, and let perfume dry before the necklace goes on.
A loose charm or a tired clasp? Drop by the bar — small fixes are on the house.

Is it really waterproof? Yes — surf in it, swim in it, sleep in it. See the care notes above.
How long does assembly take? Minutes, at the bar, while you watch. Online orders are assembled with the same hands before they ship.
Can I order 2 or 4 charms online? Online bundles come in 1, 3 or 5 charms (from the 6th charm it's +150K each). Any other combination — just WhatsApp us or visit the bar.
Where do we find you? Jl. Pantai Batu Bolong, Canggu — open daily.
